You may refer to individual factual findings with a clear link and attribution. Do not misrepresent an excerpt as an official statement, remove material qualifications or imply IndianVoter endorses your publication or political campaign.
Ask before republishing original work
Unless a specific item carries an express reuse licence, request permission before reproducing substantial IndianVoter articles, original graphics or page designs. Tell us the item, intended use, format, audience and any proposed edits.
Third-party material keeps its own licence
Official portraits, logos, photographs, boundary data and attributed research retain their respective owners’ rights and source terms. Our permission cannot grant rights we do not hold. Check the item’s original licence and credit requirements; public availability is not the same as public domain.
Dataset reuse needs care
Retain relevant publisher attribution, licence conditions, reporting periods and coverage limitations. Do not combine the portal’s records into private voter-contact lists or misleading personal ratings. No blanket right to bulk-copy third-party material is granted here.
Rights concerns
For an alleged rights infringement, use the copyright topic in our contact form with the affected URL, identification of the work, your relationship to the rights holder and the requested action. Do not submit unnecessary identity documents.
