(ii) As a Chairman of Library Committee (Bihar Vidhan Sabha) - For the strengthening and expansion of libraries in public sectors, for the first time in the 100-year history of Bihar Legislative Assembly, the first presentation of the library committee was placed on the floor of the House on 10 March 2022. (iii) As a Chairman of Agro Industry Development Committee presented 3rd Report on 19th February 2024, To issue identity cards to sharecroppers.
