Repository READMEs and selected design documents, scripts and package manifests were inspected as untrusted material. No repository was installed, executed, imported or certified malware-free. This is bounded static triage, not a complete source, binary, dependency or antivirus audit.
How the ideas informed this edition
The implementation is original HTML, CSS and JavaScript: an editorial masthead, map-led civic identity, deliberate hierarchy, accessible navigation, responsive layouts and clear states for incomplete data. Native Android/Swift frameworks, Angular component systems, 3D and HLS packages were not needed for the task.

Before any future code reuse
Pin an exact commit. Review the complete relevant source and all install/build hooks, binaries, dependencies, external destinations and licence grants. Use signature/SAST checks and isolated behavioral tests before approving specific files. A README claim, popularity, or absence of a heuristic hit is not a security clearance.
